NORCAP solves challenges in the humanitarian, development and peace-building sectors in order to better protect vulnerable people’s lives and rights. We build partnerships, promote more effective ways of working and provide skilled experts to develop capacity.

In 2019, we supported 47 partners in 81 countries with 670 deployments. We developed our sector-leading cash and markets project and provided important expertise on how to increase the use of clean energy in humanitarian operations. Our experts also supported people affected by natural disasters such as the tropical cyclone Idai in Mozambique and hurricane Dorian in the Bahamas, assisted peacebuilding initiative in the Philippines and provided election assistance all over the world.
